• Marketing tools including ad copy, email, social media, and content strategy
• Sales and brand development assistance

All AI-generated content is produced by OpenAI's language models and is intended as a starting point for your own research and decision-making.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All content generated by Margdarshan.ai's AI tools is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, or business advice.

• AI-generated business plans, financial projections, and market analyses are estimates based on general knowledge and should be independently verified.
• You are solely responsible for any business decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
• We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals (CA, lawyer, business consultant) before making significant business decisions.
• Financial figures in ₹ are illustrative and may not reflect current market conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Margdarshan.ai to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Create business plans or marketing content for prohibited activities under Indian law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI prompts or system architecture
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform in an unauthorized manner
• Share or sell access to your account to third parties
• Generate spam, phishing content, or misleading advertising
• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the AI-generated outputs you receive. You may use, reproduce, and distribute AI-generated content for your own business purposes.

Our platform: The Margdarshan.ai brand, interface, prompts, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of the Company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Margdarshan.ai and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Business failures, losses, or missed opportunities

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via email for material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
